Edmunds.com, Inc. to Establish Advanced Corporate Datacenter in Digital Realty Trust, Inc. Turn-Key Datacenter Facility

Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR), a leading owner and manager of corporate datacenters and Internet gateways, has completed a Turn-Key Datacenter™ lease agreement with Edmunds.com, Inc. (www.edmunds.com), which publishes four leading Web sites that empower, engage and educate automotive consumers. Through this long-term lease agreement, Edmunds will establish an advanced corporate datacenter in a Digital Realty Trust facility. The production datacenter will host mission critical computing infrastructure supporting Edmunds’ Web site properties and Business Intelligence systems.
