Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR), a leading owner and
manager of corporate datacenters and Internet gateways, announces that
Microsoft Corporation (Nasdaq: MSFT) has assumed leases from SAVVIS, Inc. at
two adjacent Digital Realty Trust datacenter facilities in Santa Clara. The leases, which expire at the
end of 2010, total 300,000 rentable square feet, including approximately
160,000 square feet of raised floor datacenter space.
