Each year INetU Managed Hosting conducts a client satisfaction
survey. Once again this year, INetU's clients have given them a 96
percent satisfaction rating. Although this is an impressive level of
satisfaction, INetU strives to satisfy 100 percent of their clients.
The valuable information gathered through the survey is used to improve
INetU's services.

Ninety-six percent of our clients have said, through an independent
third party survey, that INetU exceeds their expectations three years
running. Providing great service is our number one priority and we are
honored that our clients recognize that is what they are receiving. We
will continue to strive toward making that number 100 percent by
innovating and delivering the best service in the complex managed
hosting market," said Dev Chanchani, President of INetU Managed

Both INetU's support and sales departments received high levels of
satisfaction from clients. Here are a few comments submitted by

level of services offered. According to the survey results, 97 percent
of clients were highly satisfied with the services INetU offers and
feel that those services completely meet their business' needs.
