Logicworks Launches Next-Generation Version of Logicops System Management PlatformNew Features Added to LogicOps Offers Customers Complete 24/7 Control of Data Center Operations and Managed Services May 22, 2007; 09:01 AM NEW YORK, NY — Logicworks, a provider of enterprise-level managed services and hosting solutions to support business-critical applications, today announced the next-generation version of its LogicOps customer management and service delivery platform. LogicOps provides Logicworks’ “At the core of our service level agreements with clients, LogicOps offers customers a secure central Web-based interface to interact with Logicworks for quick service delivery and execution,” said Carter Burden, CEO of Logicworks. “By offering a fully integrated and secure platform, Logicworks provides customers with complete control over their servers and critical data, ensuring optimal customer experiences.” Through LogicOps’ customer interface platform, “MyLogicworks,” clients can open, review, and track service requests; manage, add, and remove authorized internal users and outside consultants; and review every single aspect of their managed dedicated hosting and services infrastructure. Additionally, LogicOps serves as the central dashboard for Logicworks’ NOC to ensure that business-critical applications achieve the uptime they require. “The MyLogicworks platform offers the best of both worlds. The new version of LogicOps now provides customers with domain name services (DNS) management and the ability to make changes in real time.
