HostFrog (http://www.hostfrog.com), a shared, reseller, dedicated, VPS and
colocation provider, announced the release of Data Portability. With Data
Portability customers that wish to transfer to the HostFrog network never had to
lift a finger. Data Portability by HostFrog will enable the technical team to
transfer accounts and restore data quickly, regardless of previous control panel
used. This new feature that HostFrog has will ensure all data from current
hosting providers is secure in transferring and quickly restored to satisfy
customers.
The HostFrog CEO Corey Haggard said "Data Portability will give customers a
feeling of relaxation. Most consumers that switch hosting providers have a good
reason to switch. Whether it be miscommunication, unreliable network or even
bad support, that customer is already frustrated. Data Portability is aimed to
ease the customer and give them a overall good feeling about switching to
HostFrog."
Jason Mitchell HostFrog's product and service manager added "Switching
hosting providers in many minds of customers is a hassle. In many cases the
customer does not even know where to start or how to begin the process. That's
what Data Portability is going to eliminate." Data Portability is a free service
provided by HostFrog. With little customer interaction the transfer can take
place and the account restored within minutes! For more information on Data
Portability please visit the HostFrog website.
