today announced the addition of several new Fall Courses beginning
October 4th. The new courses add to BetterPhoto’s ever-growing schedule
of outstanding online photography classes broadening the diversity of
our offerings even more. As always these courses will be taught by
published, professional photographers and assignments will be
personally critiqued by the instructor, giving students immediate
feedback on their photographs.

In Rob Sheppard’s course, Better to Best Color in Digital Photography,
students will learn how to get great color with their digital images.
Night and Low-Light Photography taught by Jay Kinghorn, will reveal new
techniques to overcome the challenges of low-light photography.
Ibarionex Perello’s course on DSLR Features: When, Why and How to Use
Them will give students a better understanding of their DSLR cameras,
how they work, and when and why to use them. All three of these, are
8-week courses.
Two new 4-week courses are also being offered: Photoshop 101 and
Portrait Lighting on Location and in the Studio. Richard Lynch, a
Photoshop expert will teach simple steps to begin the photography
student’s journey into the amazing world of Photoshop. In Portrait
Lighting, John Siskin outlines how to put the portrait’s subject in the
best light and how to control the light.
