Hostway to Honor Local High School Students as 'Web Developers of The Future'

WHAT: Hostway Corp., a leading Chicago-based provider of Web hosting
and managed technology services will crown the recipients of its 4th
annual "Web Developers of The Future" award. The yearly contest seeks
the most talented Web designers among the Chicago area's high school
students. Through this contest, students are able to hone their
creative and Web-savvy skills by designing an entire Web site
completely on their own. The program is co-sponsored by Mayor Richard
M. Daley's Council of Technology Advisors and Junior Achievement.

WHEN:  Wednesday, June 28, 11 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

WHERE:  Hostway Corporation Office, 1 N. State St. Suite 1200 (corner
of State and Madison), Chicago, IL.

WHO:  First and second place winners will receive awards from the
contest's judging panel:
   --  John Lee, VP of Global Marketing and General Manager, Hostway
   --  Michael Krauss, Co-chair of Mayor Daley's Council of Technology
       Advisors
   --  Lucretzia Jamison, Director of Operations, Junior
       Achievement/Chicago

AWARDS:  Hostway will present the top winner a check for $1,000 and a
Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop.  The Runner-up will receive a check for
$500 and a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop.

CONTEST CRITERIA:  Schools from the entire Chicagoland area
participated.  Competing Web sites were evaluated by a panel of expert
judges on content, structure, navigation, design, functionality and
creativity.
