Web.com Signs Agreement With Encore to Forge National Retail Program

(Nasdaq:WWWW), the leading destination for websites and web services, announced that it has signed an agreement with Encore, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Navarre Corporation (Nasdaq:NAVR) and a leading interactive publisher in the PC CD-ROM market, to sell its website creation software in leading retailers throughout the country including Office Depot, CompUSA and Amazon.com.

Web.com's Site Builder & Hosting Suite enables customers to easily register a domain name, build a website, and have it professionally hosted for a full year. After the year of free service, customers will be billed a standard recurring monthly fee to maintain their website, hosting and domain name registration. In addition, Web.com has partnered with Google to offer a $75 credit towards Google AdWords included in every box to help consumers market their website. The product will be available in these retailers at the beginning of July with a suggested retail price of $99.99. Web.com will provide the website creation software including the web hosting and domain registration and Encore will provide the distribution, packaging and promotion through their retail partners.
