Monitoring Service Hyperspin Adds API Functionality for Resellers

SINGAPORE – Hyperspin Internet Services (http://www.hyperspin.com), an Internet reliability solutions provider, announced today that it is now offering an Application Programming Interface, or API, to its resellers as part of a series of enhancements to the reseller program.

Allowing resellers to fully integrate Hyperspin’s services into their billing systems, the API also allows resellers to create accounts, obtain client lists, upgrade client service levels, add SMS credits, suspend, reinstate or close accounts, and obtain the reseller’s own account status.

“The API has been designed to afford our resellers both flexibility and stability when interacting with our application. The addition of this tool dramatically increases the revenue potential of our resellers,” said Hyperspin President ChoonKeng Chua.

Use of the API requires at least basic programming knowledge, and resellers without programming experience are encouraged to seek 3rd party services. To aid development, Hyperspin had provided detailed documentation to accompany the API.

“We have been expanding, refining, and tweaking the API for over six months now, and I am fully confident that it will be embraced by our reseller community,” said Chua. “It is certainly one of the most robust and feature-rich APIs in the industry.”

There is no additional cost to use the API, but only active resellers will be permitted access. To join the Hyperspin reseller program, a one-time $30 setup fee applies. Once resellers have joined the program, they are completely independent and are welcome to use their own brand and set their own pricing structure.

An affiliate program is also offered for clients who wish to refer clients directly to Hyperspin.
