May 2, 2006; 01:58 AM

Glowpoint, Inc. (OTC: GLOW), the world's leading broadcast-quality IP-based video communications service provider, announced that it has formally launched its new technology Hosting Solutions. In a separate release this morning, it was announced that Glowpoint's Hosting Solution has been selected by InterCall and Radvision (Nasdaq: RVSN) to host Radvision's Click to Meet(TM) for Microsoft Office solution. This new offering demonstrates Glowpoint's capability to support a variety of video applications and complements its core business of delivering IP Video Communications services.

"We are excited to have been chosen by InterCall and Radvision, as this illustrates our ability to provide diverse solutions for end-users as well as service providers," said Mike Brandofino, Glowpoint's Chief Executive Officer. "As part of our recently stated objectives for 2006, we are now beginning to drive new contracted revenue by offering solutions that take advantage of our existing capabilities, including Video Application Hosting and Bridging."

Glowpoint's Hosting Solutions deliver customized, fully managed solutions for businesses and service providers. The solutions represent an outsourcing option for companies where costs associated with management, and experience in video communications, are a consideration. Glowpoint's Hosting Solutions include: Controlled Environment Co-location rack space for video/collaboration related hardware, such as MCU's or Application and Content servers; 24/7 Proactive and Reactive Surveillance and Help Desk Support; High Quality Internet Peering; Reporting and Billing Services; Access to GlowPoint On-Net and Global off-net H.323; and H.320, PSTN and SIP connectivity.

"I am pleased we have successfully begun to leverage our current infrastructure and operational capabilities to offer new products that drive new revenue opportunities. Most importantly, this allows us to deliver new value to customers by leveraging our video expertise" said Joe Laezza, Chief Operating Officer. "We will continue to pursue additional opportunities to host video applications."
