OREM, Utah - iMergent, Inc. (AMEX:IIG) announced it will hold its third quarter fiscal 2006 earnings results conference call on Thursday, May 4, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Donald Danks, chairman and chief executive officer, Brandon Lewis, president and chief operating officer, and Robert Lewis, chief financial officer, will deliver prepared remarks and conduct a question and answer session.
