IPv6 Summit Inc. Announces Major Business Successes and ExpandedOperations in IPv6, the 'New Internet'After Concluding a Sixth Successful Conference, IPv6 Summit Inc. ReachesRecord Attendance with a World-Class List of Leading Speakers/Sponsors

Santa Monica, CA --  The IPv6 Summit, Inc., organizer of world-class conferences targeting innovation and strategic communication via IPv6, announced today the successful completion of its US IPv6 Summit 2005 in Reston, VA, with record attendance and a world-class list of speakers, sponsors and attendees, with coverage from online and print press coverage. "We are thrilled to have successfully organized six IPv6 Summits, each almost exactly six months apart, something that has never been accomplished by any other company in the
world, and we did so in the most important economy in the world. These IPv6 Summits were probably the single most influential factor in creating the groundswell of demand for the US government to mandate a move to IPv6 by 2008", said US IPv6 Summit 2005 chairman Alex Lightman, who has chaired and organized all six of the previous US IPv6 Summits over the last 30 months. IPv6 Summit is a subsidiary of Innofone, Inc. (OTC: INFN).

The US IPv6 Summit 2005 included presentations of breakthroughs by Innfone.com clients and partners following the successful completion of consulting services for international and US customers, which resulted in the delivery and acceptance of Plans and Best Practices for the Successful Transition to IPv6 for Juniper Networks. Innofone's success in the US is having international ramifications, as coalition partner nations seek to build on the US government momentum for IPv6 by joining as partners for their respective agencies. For instance, at the US IPv6 Summit 2005, representatives from the governments of Japan and Taiwan summarized their IPv6 achievements and offered to partner with US government agencies and companies, including Innofone.com.

"The recent mandate and CIO guidance by the Office of Management and Budget for the entire US Government to make the transition to IPv6 capability by mid-2008 has led to an immediate demand from many elements of government and industry for services that Innofone.com and its IPv6 Summit and v6 Transition subsidiaries offer. These newly hot sectors for IPv6 include our consulting, training and forthcoming test center in Northern Virginia. Agencies are asking for assistance ranging from summaries of the features and benefits up to near turn key implementation of best practices in an IPv6 transition program," said Alex Lightman, CEO and President of Innofone.com. "With a skilful team of experts and experience in both government and corporate needs in making the switch to the new standard, Innofone.com Inc can offer customers a complete set of solutions to support every aspect of transitioning an enterprise to IPv6." Innofone.com conducts consulting, training and related services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, v6 Transition, Inc.

Mr. Lightman further stated that "Innofone.com currently derives revenue from the following sources:

Sponsorships - The Company receives over 50% of the total global sponsorships for IPv6, derived historically from over 50 major IT companies. This number of companies sponsoring IPv6 Summits organized by Innofone.com is expected to grow as more major companies enter the IPv6
field.

Attendee Fees - The Company believes it has generated more in attendee fees for IPv6 conferences than any other business entity. It intends to expand the number of IPv6 conferences in 2006.by entering international markets.

Training Fees - The Company believes it has put more people through its IPv6 trainings than any other company outside of Asia. It will soon begin to expand both the number and types of training products and services that it offers. An example is the series of Federal CIO workshops to be held monthly in Washington, DC through 2008.

Consulting to Governments - The Company has been one of only a very few contractors to the US Dept. of Defense IPv6 Transition Office. It intends to increase its consulting contracts in 2006 for clients in both US and overseas governments."

He added, "We are adding new sources of revenue during the 2006-2007 periods as follows:

Business Consulting to Corporations - The Company will fulfill the need for companies seeking to understand the new sources of business and profit from the many features provided by the New Internet, in the areas of IT, aerospace, homeland defense, medicine, area security, entertainment, consumer electronics and manufacturing.

Technical Consulting to Corporations- Innofone will offer best practices and customized consulting for corporate CIOs and their staffs.

Testing and Evaluation - The Company will start to conduct different levels of testing and evaluation of IPv6-related products for its clients. The announcement that v6 Transition and Spirent Federal were teaming up to create the world's premier IPv6 test facility was well received by the government, industry, and press people that we spoke with."

Global products and services enabled by the New Internet are expected to total about $1.55 trillion dollars in 2010, according to a study conducted by the Japanese government. "Innofone.com will help both major corporations and new startups grow and succeed in the upcoming boom in
the IPv6-related market, and intends to share in that growth," according to Mr. Lightman. "We are also proud that our team was the single major force for IPv6 promotion in the United States and for the Coalition Partners of the US to move to IPv6 at the same time, with the same definition of IPv6."
