Navega.com Expands at The NAP of The Americas

Miami, FL., November 8, 2005 – Terremark Worldwide, Inc. (AMEX:TWW) a leading operator of integrated Tier-1 Internet exchanges and a global provider of managed IT infrastructure solutions for government and private sectors, today announced that Navega.com, one of the largest data carriers in Central America, has signed a multi-year contract to expand their existing space and house their primary datacenter for Central America at Terremark’s NAP of the Americas.

Navega.com is one of the largest carriers in Central America with its own redundant fiber infrastructure providing services to Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.  Navega’s mission is to build, operate, maintain, and develop communication networks throughout Central America

“Navega.com has been a longtime customer of the NAP of the Americas and based on our existing customer demand and the confidence that we place on Terremark, we have decided to create what we believe will be the premiere Central America datacenter at the NAP,” said Willy Paiz, CEO of Navega.com.  “This datacenter will provide regional companies with the ability to perform remote backups, as well as a stand-by hot site capable of replacing a main computer site in the event the primary site fails.”
