Network Redux Partners with Northwest Property Management Firm to Raise $100,000 for Katrina Relief AideSeptember 20, 2005; 12:32 AM Portland, Oregon – September 19, 2005 – Network Redux has partnered with Guardian Management, a Northwest based property management firm, in an effort to assist families devastated by hurricane katrina. Network Redux is currently housing the primary relief site, http://www.guardianreliefeffort.org, and has donated engineering and development resources for the site maintenance and donation processing. Guardian Management has allocated vast corporate resources including vacant apartment units in the Dallas, Texas area for families in need of immediate housing. Teams of Guardian Management volunteers are using donated resources to purchase food and home starter essentials while moving these families into their apartments. To date, the guardian management relief effort has moved 24 families into vacant housing in Dallas with an upcoming goal of 100. Guardian's strong ties to the federal agencies responsible for housing and urban development have enabled funds and transfers to occur in an efficient manner. Network Redux maintains daily dialog with the relief effort in regards to technical and development resources for the relief effort's network and donation operations.
