C I Host Expands Bandwidth Capacity Across North America

September 14, 2005; 05:29 AM

FORT WORTH - September 12, 2005 - C I Host, a global leader in Web hosting
and Internet solutions, has expanded its data center capacity across North
America, bringing its 220,000 customers the ability to handle more traffic
on their sites without disruption.

"For our customers to have the edge they need to be competitive in their
fields, they need enough bandwidth to handle today's eCommerce activities,"
said Christopher Faulkner, CEO of C I Host. "C I Host is leading the
industry in bandwidth capacity."

In its primary data center in Bedford, Texas, C I Host installed
GigE 1000Mbits from Hurricane Electric Internet Services and GigE 1000Mbits
from btnaccess.com, bringing the total capacity to 7Gbits per second.

In the Chicago data center, C I Host installed GigE 1000Mbits of Yipes
bandwidth and OC3 155Mbits of Global Crossing bandwidth. In Los Angeles, the
company installed 155Mbits of Global Crossing bandwidth.

"C I Host continues to grow and expand our services," Faulkner said. "We
have partnered with some of the leaders in the bandwidth field to bring our
customers the very best Internet solutions available."

Hurricane Electric specializes in technical web hosting, including dedicated
servers and colocation. Its switched network utilizes the Border Gateway
Protocol Version 4 (BGP4) over Cisco 12000 series GSR routers.

Btnaccess operates a carrier-grade, Class-5 softswitch on a U.S. and
international MPLS backbone. MPLS is engineered to provide high
availability, security and flexible Quality of Service.

The Yipes network is built on a proprietary self-healing architecture -
Ethernet Automatic Protection Switching (EAPS) - that provides multiple
routes to and from each location. In the event of an outage, data is
automatically rerouted with minimal disruption.

Global Crossing's extensive IP-based network has a single, seamless
connection and instantly scalable bandwidth. Its optical networking
equipment maximizes speed and performance.
