San Ramon, California (September 4, 2005) – Web hosting leader Site5.com (www.site5.com) announced that Kevin Hazard would be filling the newly-created position: Director of Customer Service. Hazard, who previously served as the company’s General Administrator, will now directly oversee Site5’s sales and billing operations.
Site5 Co-Founder and CEO Matt Lightner explains, “as a result of our tremendous growth over the past six months, we’ve reached the size where we can very easily justify a full-time customer service manager; Kevin is the ideal candidate for this position. He will be responsible for upholding Site5’s widely-recognized reputation for high quality service.”
Hazard’s appointment comes in the wake of a massive hiring phase for Site5. In the past month, the company has grown by over 40% with the addition of 10 new individuals to its elite team. Lightner explains, “Because we’re so selective in our hiring process, the addition of so many new people requires a great deal of time and effort. Our many satisfied customers, however, will confirm that it’s well worth going the extra mile.”
