Uplinkearth Acquires Nevidia, Continues Promise of Excellence

SOMERSET, NJ (8/22/2005) - Uplinkearth (http://www.uplinkearth.com), a global award-winning Windows web hosting provider hosting over 30 thousand domain names, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Nevidia Internet Solutions (http://www.nevidia.com), a dynamic Canadian based Windows web host.

The acquisition has been in planning for several months, and Nevidia customers will not notice an interruption of service or support. All current employees of Nevidia Internet Solutions will be retained, and the Nevidia brand name will remain in tact.

In addition, customers of Nevidia will remain on the same servers, as they are currently located in the uplinkearth data center.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
