The popular free file hosting site Badongo.com has gotten even easier to use, thanks to the feedback of the site's rapidly growing user base. Badongo's home page has been completely redesigned giving instant information and understanding of the Web 2.0 site's many features.

"When I created Badongo.com just over a year ago, I had to get it up
and running quickly with very little in the way of bells and whistles,
but since then we've been adding new features every few months,"
reveals Badongo.com CEO Patrick Boden. "Now new users are coming to the
site everyday and we have had to find a way to show them how Badongo
can be of use to them in a much easier and fun way."
Badongo.com's
new homepage includes a Flash driven interactive display that reveals
how users can instantly upload any type of file to Badongo's massive
servers. The new homepage also instantly reveals the site's many
features, whether creating a flash slideshow or photo album for digital photos, creating an MP3 player or File Link Widget for use on a website, or downloading the useful Badongo Buddy.
But by far the most important is that new visitors know right from the
starting gate that Badongo is a free file hosting site that enables you
to upload an unlimited amount of files, photos, videos, music, to store
for personal use and access, or to send to friends, family and
colleagues. Another new addition is the inclusion of a new progress bar
that allows users to see just how much of their file has been uploaded.
"All of these changes are the direct result of users who email us or
post a query on our support forum with all sorts of questions on how
Badongo can be useful to them," says Patrick. "We plan to implement
additional useful and practical features to the site as we continue to
get constructive feedback from our growing user base. I suspect 2007
will see many such changes."
Badongo.com
was created in late 2005 as the brainchild of web wunderkind Patrick
Boden. Beginning as a simple favor for friends who wished to send large
files easily, requests soon arrived for similar services. One year
later, Badongo now serves over a million unique visitors each day.
Patrick Boden is the CEO of ICL Ltd. based in Santa Monica, California
and utilizes developers, designers and programmers on four different
continents to keep the site up to date and efficient. Mr. Boden is a
frequent guest commentator on Fox News Channel and has been quoted in
countless news articles.
