The Planet-EV1Servers Unveils Major Network Upgrade and Multi-City Uplink

Providing customers with increased power and performance, The Planet-EV1Servers, a premier IT infrastructure provider, today announced the launch of a multi-10Gigabit Ethernet core for its six world-class data centers. The upgrade, from previous multi-Gigabit Ethernet links, provides customers with greater scalability and enables the company to upgrade its telecommunications provider uplinks to 10 gigabits per second, the industry's best and most robust offering.

The Planet-EV1Servers also completed installation of a 10-Gigabit link between its Houston and Dallas data centers. The connection provides increased performance and disaster recovery capabilities between its data centers in the two cities.
