Intalgent, an emerging provider of managed services, enterprise
infrastructure outsourcing, and application hosting, has successfully upgraded its data center in an expansive
facility in Richmond, Virginia. This managed hosting facility is
designed with N + 1 and N + N levels of redundancy, 24/7 security and
monitoring, and direct Internet connectivity to diverse Tier 1
backbones via a multiple gigabit networks.

and the furthering of our goal to consistently provide our customers

In addition to significant technical improvements, the new data center
will assist Intalgent's customers with meeting their compliance
regulations, including: Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), the Health Insurance
Portability and Accounting Act (HIPAA), and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
The new data center has been found to conform to the Statement on
Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70), Type 2 and provides Intalgent a
significant advantage over other managed service providers.
