Web Hosting Provider Open Solutions Adds Roswell M. Curtis to Executive Leadership Team

Web hosting provider Open Solutions Inc. announced that Roswell ("Ross") M. Curtis has joined its Executive Leadership team as executive vice president, Group Sales.

In this newly created position, Mr. Curtis will be responsible for overseeing  the company's combined domestic sales and account management organizations for the banking, credit union, complementary and imaging product groups.

Each of these groups is headed by a general manager who will report to Curtis as part of the company's functional organization structure. Curtis will report directly to Louis Hernandez, Jr., Open Solutions' chairman and CEO.

Curtis comes to Open Solutions from GXS, where he was senior vice president of Global Sales, a member of the management committee and responsible for a 200-person global sales force. Prior to GXS, he served as executive vice president of Worldwide Sales for BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting), one of the world's largest business advisory and system integration firms, where he also managed a 230-person global sales force. Additionally, Curtis brings more than twelve years of business development and management experience, principally focused on the software industry working in senior roles at Mergent International, Oracle Corporation and The Service Bureau Company (a division of Control Data).
