Terremark Announces Analyst Day at the NAP of the Americas

Terremark Worldwide, Inc. (AMEX:TWW) a leading operator of integrated Tier-1 Internet exchanges and a global provider of managed IT Infrastructure solutions for government and private sectors, today announced that it will host an Analyst Day- Meeting and Tour on Friday, March 3, 2006 at the NAP of the Americas facility in Miami, Florida.

Presentations are scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. and conclude by 3:00 p.m.  The meeting will include a tour of the NAP of the Americas and discussions from Terremark’s senior executives about their areas of responsibilities.

The meeting will be Webcast live in a listen-only mode at www.terremark.com, under the Investor Relations heading.  The Webcast will be split in two sections, the first beginning at 10:00 a.m. and the second section beginning at 12:30 p.m.  In addition, a Webcast replay of the meeting will be available on the Company’s web site at www.terremark.com., approximately three hours following the conclusion of the live Webcast.
