Star Hosting's customer base has outgrown its in-house tech support, producing the need to outsource to an overflow tech support company.

Standard personal plans begin at $5.95 per month and small business plans start at $13.95 per month.

Later last year, Star Hosting launched a new, simplified website design. In conjunction with the new site launch, Star Hosting is offering a $1 per month Beginner Special, which has been extended through 2006, to attract new users to its service.
