EarthLink Selects Ensim for VoIP Service

Ensim, a provider of software solutions that enable the delivery of profitable converged hosted services, today announced that it has been selected by EarthLink (www.earthlink.com), the nation’s next generation Internet service provider, to deploy its upcoming nationwide residential VoIP service offering.

Ensim provides pre-packaged support for a full range of next-generation voice and data services with critical capabilities to solve the operational and business challenges of delivering these services.

EarthLink’s upcoming residential VoIP service will provide customers with local and long distance phone service via their trueVoice and Line Powered Voice offerings. Ensim, which completed the EarthLink implementation this month, is integrated with Sonus Networks (Nasdaq: SONS) Insight™ Element Management System to provide flow-through provisioning of core elements of EarthLink’s Sonus-based VoBB network, which includes the ASX™ Access Server and PSX™ Call Routing Server.
