Web Hosting Company HostMySite.com to Present at ISPCON

Lou Honick, CEO of web hosting provider HostMySite.com, has been invited back to ISPCON to share his old-fashioned approach to customer service in a new-world business. Honick is scheduled to speak on Thursday, October 19, 2005 at the fall 2005 ISPCON Conference in Santa Clara, CA.

ISPCON explores significant technology advances and business opportunities for wired and wireless Internet service providers.

ISPCON show organizers gather feedback from conference attendees to measure speaker and session topic effectiveness. Last spring, show attendees submitted such a large amount of positive feedback about Honick's presentation that show organizers requested his return to this year's show to give the same presentation.

He will discuss the importance of customer service during his "High Quality Customer Service for Hosting" presentation. Conference attendees will hear how a having a plan to counter the common mistakes and misconceptions in providing support results in the ability to offer outstanding customer service.
