Ensim Acquires TeleGea

Ensim Corporation (www.ensim.com), a provider in hosting automation software, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire TeleGea Inc. (www.telegea.com), a provider of service delivery solutions for hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) services.

The acquisition joins established best-of-breed suppliers in complementary hosted communications market segments. Ensim is the leader in the global Web and application hosting markets with its Ensim Unify and Ensim Pro product lines enabling service providers to rapidly and cost-effectively offer hosted Web sites, email, collaboration, e-commerce and database services.

Sandip Gupta will continue in his role as President and CEO and Steven Domenikos, CEO of TeleGea, will act as a strategic business advisor to the company. Key members of TeleGea's management team will hold leadership positions at the new Ensim.
