Web Hosting Firm Radiant Taps Industry Veterans to Board

Marc Bouchard and Omaya Elguindi have both resigned from the Board. Wendy Porter is a seasoned communications technology expert with in-depth experience in the payment processing industry in Canada and the United States. She has held several senior positions with both Moneris Solutions and the Bank of Montreal and most recently was the President of Vital Merchant Services of Sacramento, California. Don Calder is the former CEO and President of BC Tel, former CEO of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Bid committee, past SFU Executive in Residence and former Chair of the United Way of the Lower Mainland among many other accomplishments. As new Board appointments Ms. Porter and Mr. Calder will each be granted options in the capital of the Company to purchase up to 75,000 common shares from treasury at an exercise price of $0.40 per common share vesting over three years and expiring on February 14, 2010. |
