Web Hosting Provider Terremark Expands Customer Network

Terremark Worldwide, Inc. (www.terremark.com), an operator of integrated Tier-1 Internet Exchanges and best-in-class network services, announced today that it has signed contracts with new customers and existing customers to expand their relationship with the NAP of the Americas, NAP/West in California and the NAP de las Americas in Spain.

The new customers include Google, Inc., Qwest Government Services, SBC Telecom, Inc., University of Miami, VoIP Corporation and Ferrell Schultz P.A. at the NAP of the Americas; Opinity, Inc. and Virtual Speed Network Solutions at NAP West; and Infiniroute Networks, Inc., Smart Networks Solutions and Union Fenosa Redes de Telecommunicacion in the Madrid NAP.

These new customers join the virtual marketplace of carriers, enterprises, public entities and other service providers who use Terremark's Internet exchanges to do business with their customers and each other in facilities that offer the level of security, reliability and neutral connectivity demanded by the industry.

Among the existing customers that have contracted for additional services are Amzak International, CCD Communications, Miami-Dade College, Miami-Dade County Government, Sprint Communications and VOIP, Inc.
