ForeThought.net (www.forethought.net) CEO Jawaid Bazyar announced today the completion of the acquisition of ArcSpeed, a Colorado ISP offering DSL, Dialup and Data T-1 Solutions for Homes and Businesses in the 303, 720 and 970 area codes.
