InDigiNet Owns MedSpa Solutions

InDigiNet, Inc., (www.indiginet.com), a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States announced that the Company has completed the buyout of 100% of MedSpa Solutions Inc. of Irvine, California, with restricted stock. 

"We're now in the invigorating medspa business and all that it implies," stated InDigiNet CEO Mark Ellis.  "With the stewardship of Dr. McGrath and together with the MedSpa Solution team of professionals (to be announced next week), we.ll face the challenges and the potential rewards that awaits us for a job well done."

MedSpa Solutions Inc. will remain a separate entity and a wholly owned subsidiary of InDigiNet, Inc. Additionally, as previously announced, Dr. Daniel McGrath has agreed to stay on as Chief Medical Officer and will relocate MedSpa Solutions. headquarter to the Nu Image Irvine Regional Operational & Training Center (Jeffrey Corporate Centre campus). 

InDigiNet, Inc. is an integrated solutions company that provides small to mid-size enterprises (SMEs) with an integrated communication solution. The Company will offer data, local, long distance and wireless services to SMEs over third party networks enabling the company to offer a comprehensive suite of services without the capital burden of building a communication network.
