Striata Inc. and InteliData Form Strategic Alliance to Market the Striata eBilling Suite

(www.InteliData.com), and Striata today announced their agreement to jointly market Striata's eBilling Suite and services into their respective markets under a revenue sharing agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Striata will provide its world-class secure Electronic Bill Presentment services, and InteliData will provide its Financial Services industry leadership and leading bill payment technology, resulting in an end-to-end solution that can be deployed in-house or in an ASP environment.
