Eagle Broadband Schedules Investor Conference Call to Discuss New Business Developments and Revenue Growth

LEAGUE CITY, Texas - July 27, 2004 -- Eagle Broadband, Inc. (AMEX: EAG), a leading provider of broadband and communications technology and services, announced today that it will be hosting an investor conference call on Tuesday, August 31, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time to update Eagle shareholders on a number of positive company developments.

The conference call is expected to last for 45 minutes and will include a management update and a 20-minute question and answer period where Eagle management will be available to answer questions from shareholders.
