OpSource Closes Acquisition of PeopleSoft® EnterpriseOne Applications

Jul 6, 2004 - (HostReview.com) - OpSource, Inc. has acquired the PeopleSoft® EnterpriseOne Application Management division of Fortrust Solutions, a collocation solutions provider in Denver, Colorado, and established an operations center in Denver.

"This acquisition marks OpSource's formal entry into the rapidly growing enterprise application hosting market and emphasizes our service delivery capabilities, powered by OpSource's Service Delivery Platform (SDP)," said Treb Ryan, CEO, OpSource.

OpSource now provides enterprise application hosting services, including application monitoring, security, systems administration and disaster recovery, for Fortrust customers that have purchased PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne ERP, CRM, business intelligence, supply chain management, and supplier relationship management applications.

Fortrust Solutions is a managed services provider delivering expertise in information technology, systems monitoring, IT security, and high availability infrastructure.

To ensure a smooth transition, members of the Fortrust Solutions Application Management team, including Tom Newman, Director of Security and Application Services, will join OpSource.
