(NASDAQ: OPSW), the leading provider of IT automation and utility computing software today announced that Lehman Brothers (NYSE: LEH), has selected the Opsware System to establish a new, fully automated model for managing their IT operations. By leveraging the Opsware System as an IT platform, Lehman Brothers will be able to quickly and more cost effectively deliver next generation Web-based applications to customers.

In addition, the Opsware System will bring together the various tools currently deployed in Lehman Brothers environment to deliver a fully integrated approach to running IT. The Opsware System will also serve as a central repository where all critical asset, process, and operations data is managed, providing Lehman's IT executives with complete visibility into their infrastructure, applications, and operations activities.
