E Solutions Acquires SiteLogic

TAMPA, FL - March 25, 2004/PRNewswire/ -- E Solutions Corporation continues to broaden its service offerings and clientele through the acquisition of SiteLogic, a Tampa-based web development & hosting services company.

Over its seven-year history, SiteLogic developed and launched more than 100 legal websites for clients ranging from the nation's top law firms to independent attorney sites. As satisfied attorneys recommended SiteLogic to their own clients, the web-development company's portfolio gradually grew to include medical, real estate, and investment banking sites.

The acquisition was completed March 1, 2004; financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
