Successful viaVerio Incentive Program Activated In Response To Demand From Small To Medium Enterprise Hosting Channel Partners

Englewood, CO, February 23, 2004 - Verio, a subsidiary of NTT Communications Corporation, today announced that its successful viaVerio Consolidator Promotion--which gives reseller partners serving the small to medium enterprise (SME) hosting space cash incentives to streamline their accounts under the viaVerio® Channel Program--has been activated once again to offer resellers another chance to take advantage of additional revenue opportunities. The incentive program will run until June 30, 2004 and is available to new and existing viaVerio SME reseller partners.

Through the new viaVerio Consolidator Promotion, Verio will pay the new and existing SME reseller partners from $100 to $1000, depending on the plan, for each account the partner migrates to Verio. The promotion is designed to simplify partners’ hosting business by moving all accounts to one provider. By doing so, each partner receives increased volume discounts, priority support and a single point of contact for account management. In addition, Verio will assist reseller partners who are transitioning a large number of accounts with the migration process, waiving the hourly charge for this service, subject to certain terms and conditions.

• $100 for Signature, $200 for Virtual Private Server (VPS) and $1000 for Managed Private Server (MPS) paid for each new account brought to Verio for the first 30 accounts.
• For reseller partners that migrate above 31 accounts, payout is 50 percent for those accounts: $50 for Signature, $100 for VPS and $500 for MPS is paid for each account activated during the promotion period Maximum payout per reseller is $25,000 total during the promotion period.
• Waived setup fees.
• Free migration services for resellers migrating more than 50 accounts to Verio.
