Renewal performance at this level is indicative of Peak 10’s commitment to new product development and providing a high-level of service to its diverse portfolio of customers. Customers renewing contracts with Peak 10 in 2003 included MPS International, The North Carolina Healthcare Information and Communications Alliance, MindBlazer and SendTec. Renewals, new service offerings and Peak 10’s reputation as a stable service provider helped increase the company’s 2003 revenue by 123 percent and its customer base by 64 percent over 2002.
