Mr. Brilliant comes to Mirror Image with two decades of sales experience with an emphasis on technology products and services for Global 2000 class companies, manufacturers, service providers and retailers. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Brilliant was Corporate Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Product Development at Arch Wireless and Vice President of Sales at BizRate.com. At Arch Wireless, Mr. Brilliant headed the National Account sales team, corporate business development, VAR channel distribution and all corporate marketing initiatives. Mr. Brilliant built a world-class sales organization during his tenure at BizRate.com, where sales increased over 2000 percent from 1998-1999 and 600 percent from 1999-2000 under his direction. Additionally, Brilliant spent 11 years at Forrester Research where he held several sales management positions where he helped grow the company, increase revenues and maintain high customer retention of existing accounts.
