ATLANTA, GA - November 11, 2003 - Internap® Network Services Corporation (NASDAQ: INAP), the leading provider of performance-based routing services over the Internet, today announced that the U.S. State Department will use Internap's managed route control IP services to support e-government Web applications.

Internap will provide connectivity and colocation services to the U.S. State Department from its Private Network Access Point (P-NAP) facility in Washington D.C. The contract was awarded through STG Inc., one of the largest Federal integrators at the U.S. State Department and an Internap partner.
