NaviSite and SingTel Sign International Managed Infrastructure and IT Services Agreement

Andover, Mass. - November 03, 2003 - NaviSite, Inc. (Nasdaq SC: NAVI), a leading provider of application management, content distribution, messaging and infrastructure management services, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Singapore Telecommunications Limited (SingTel) to jointly market and sell managed infrastructure services in both Asia and North America.

Under the terms of the agreement, SingTel will resell NaviSite's managed application and infrastructure services, including its comprehensive colocation, fully managed hosting and advanced content delivery solutions to its Asian customer base. NaviSite will likewise be able to resell SingTel's Managed Hosting Telco Infrastructure services in Asia Pacific to its global clients. Both companies cite the importance of providing their respective customers with an expanded global footprint, which is increasingly critical to the Fortune 2000 companies as global business transactions become more seamless and integrated.
