Oct 31- One of the major factors in placing the business with BT Wholesale is the quality of termination BT offers customers via its Digital Main Switching Units (DMSU) interconnects.

Seven provides resellers with IDD traffic to anywhere in the world, distinguished by higher quality-of-service. Seven's main customers are calling card companies providing connectivity to areas such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria and Ghana.

BT Wholesale has worked closely with Seven to understand their business and customers' requirements and has focused on its top IDD routes. The lines allow Seven Telecom to offer high-quality IDD at market competitive pricing to their customers.

Stuart Horwood, BT Wholesale Markets Managing Director, said: "We are proud to be working with Seven as one of the first operators to sell a high-quality product in the historically low-quality calling card market. Seven are relying on the best quality routes, such as those from BT, in order to ensure longer term customer retention."

Steve Evans, Seven Managing Director, said: "Our business model has always relied upon providing high quality call termination that in turn minimises our operating costs. BT Wholesale has worked hard to understand our business ethics and has consistently offered a combination of quality, pricing and proactive account management. It's good to have BT powering our business into the future."
