SonicWALL Unveils Fresh Management Team for UK and Europe

(NASDAQ: SNWL), a leading provider of integrated Internet security solutions, today announced two new appointments to senior management positions in the UK and Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA). New Vice President for EMEA, Koen Philipsen, brings 22 years of European channel sales and management to SonicWALL. He has an impressive record of building and managing distribution networks for networking and software vendors, increasing revenues and forging strong relationships with OEMs and other strategic partners. Additionally, Paul Thackeray joins SonicWALL as regional sales director for UK, Ireland, Middle East & Africa. With more than 20 years experience in IT security, Paul has a strong background in sales management and channel strategy development.
