William Dyer Joins Conxion as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan 06, 2003 - Conxion Corporation, the reliability and performance leader in advanced hosting and content delivery, today announced the appointment of William "Bill" Dyer as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Dyer will work closely with the executive team on corporate strategy as Conxion continues to expand its product and customer base across its target markets.

Dyer has more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry, which includes both consulting and general management positions. He brings a wealth of leadership experience, having led successful start-up businesses through to acquisition, and having held senior management positions with Inacom/Vanstar and O.E. Systems. Most recently, Dyer served as president and general manager of Telefonica Data USA, where he oversaw the market development of Telefonica's products and services in the United States and played a key role in penetrating Fortune 1000 accounts and growing Telefonica Data's business. Before Telefonica, Dyer was president and general manager of Broadwing Managed Hosting. He has a bachelor's degree in management information systems and marketing from Xavier University.
