Nacio Named By Intel As Recommended Facility To Offer Hosting Services For Its Closing Intel Online Services (IOS) Clients

NOVATO, CA, Dec. 16, 2002 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- eSynch Corp. (ESYN) , which has entered into an escrow and proxy agreement granting it control of the voting and ownership rights of Nacio Systems, announced that Nacio Systems has been listed by Intel(TM) as a recommended hosting facility to offer services to its Intel Online Services clients. In June, Intel announced it would be winding down its IOS web hosting business and would begin working immediately with its customers to ensure their smooth transition to a limited list of service providers. Nacio Systems was among the list of prestigious providers to be named as recommended web hosting companies. Nacio is offering its transition consulting services through their customer-only intranet site called the "Intel Online Customer Care Portal." All IOS customers have access to this portal and will see Nacio's listing. The listing is already generating new business for the Company.
