October 15, 2007

Interop Fall 2007 will be held October 22-26, 2007 at the Javits Center in New York City. Produced by CMP Technology, the leading business technology event invites IT and business leaders to New York to see the latest in business technology.

The first day of the event will be occupied by a single session on Network Access Control (NAC). NAC Day will cover the concepts behind NAC and the three main NAC architectures from Cisco, Microsoft and Trusted Computing Group. A panel of leading NAC experts will debate issues and answer questions.

During the next three days of Interop Conference sessions will discuss information technologies with a focus on interoperability.  The tracks of sessions will include a range of discussions on datacenters, video communications and Web 2.0 tools and services, IP telephony, optimization solutions, etc.

CIO Boot Camp, an intensive two-day program that helps CIOs, CTOs, will teach IT leaders the strategies and tactics necessary to navigate the tough issues that CIOs face on a daily basis. This year's CIO Boot Camp will give the attendees the framework and skill set necessary to excel in two very different areas: performance and transformation. Mastering both requires a radically expanded IT leadership skill set.

The Interop workshops, scheduled for all four days of the event, will cover a wide range of topics, e.g. networking technologies, effective IT management, and a lot more.

The Interop exposition will be open to all attendees to see live demos of the latest business solutions. Exhibitors include Google, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Citrix, Novell, Siemens, APC, Juniper Networks, Foundry Networks, Blackberry (RIM), AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Qwest and more.
