Comodo Launches New Device Management Solution

Clifton, NJ, April 17, 2015 — The Comodo organization, a global innovator and developer of cyber security solutions, today announced the next generation of its device management solution, designed to enable enterprises to further secure and protect multiple endpoints in the bring your own device business environment of today.

The new Comodo Device Management (CDM) software will allow customers to deploy and manage Comodo Endpoint Security, a multi-layered layered protection suite which also includes Comodo’s patent pending containment technology for their computers. This means that regardless of the type of unknown file that an employee may susceptible to, Comodo’s CDM solution prevents the threat from ever penetrating the network. With CDM, IT and System administrators will be able to:

ensure device and data security with Comodo patent pending endpoint protection technology on both mobile and desktops

enforce configurations and limit features, all from a central view

monitor iOS, Android, and Windows device inventory

manage and monitor mobile application inventory

support BYOD programs

Using CDM, the customer can access their account from the cloud or from their own management server, whichever is their deployment choice of preference.

Customers such as the Turkish National Police have been using Comodo’s mobile device management solution, which is part of Comodo’s new device management offering.
