Cloud Solutions Provider BriteSky Technologies Acquires Shelter Six Of Calgary

Ottawa, ON (PRWEB) November 06, 2013 - BriteSky Technologies, Inc., a premier cloud solutions and managed services provider, has acquired Shelter Six Technologies, Inc. of Calgary, AB. Shelter Six currently moves traditional IT infrastructure, legacy applications, and large scale web environments into the cloud. As a result of this acquisition, the former principals of Shelter Six will grow the operations of BriteSky Technologies into Western Canada.

Shelter Six will also be selling under BriteSky’s sister companies, which include Decisive Technologies, a specialist in large scale platforms and mission critical architecture, and Laurentian Technologies, an aboriginal company specializing in ruggedized products for the military and the high stress environment, such as oil and gas. Decisive Technologies will expand to the west coast region, offering IT technologies for clients’ data centres, but also BriteSky Cloud services.
