Portal Gives Enterprise Hosting and Private Cloud Customers Unparalleled Transparency and Control

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Logicworks, a leading provider of enterprise hosting and private cloud solutions, today launched the latest release of their client portal, LogicOps 3.0. LogicOps is an integrated Operations Support System that enables rapid service delivery, provisioning, detailed ticketing, change management, transparency and audit tracking. It enables the most rigorous auditing to ensure that client applications meet and surpass compliance requirements for clients in retail, healthcare and financial services industries. Via its “MyLogicworks” customer service portal, LogicOps also provides Logicworks’ clients complete transparency and control of their hosted infrastructure.

This latest version is the next step in creating IT operations integration between Logicworks and its growing enterprise client base. LogicOps comes complete with a help desk toolset, which is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This provides a complete view of both hosted and behind-the-client-firewall applications. It includes a client activity manager that makes it possible to define group policies consistent with internal IT standards. The LogicOps ticketing system gives customers a way to track and report on problems across both internal and hosted applications. It enables seamless management of hybrid IT environments which utilize commodity cloud services, hosted private clouds, complex managed hosting infrastructures and in-house datacenters. LogicOps provides a more manageable problem tracking and resolution platform unifying all authorized contacts for an enterprise with Logicworks support teams.

“We’ve understood from the beginning that customers need more granular visibility into their infrastructure in a hosted environment,” said Bart Grantham, Vice President of Research and Development, Logicworks. “With the new UI, we’ve made it easier for customers to drill down as deeply as they want to, whenever they want to, into their hosted systems, while being able to assign and manage tickets relating to any of their IT deployments, whether it's managed internally or by Logicworks.”

The new portal includes a more intuitive and streamlined user interface, provides clients increased transparency into Logicworks’ operations, and improves audit control of incidents and inventory. LogicOps also ensures absolute precision and tight security controls over Logicworks services. Additionally, open APIs enable easy integration of LogicOps data with client reporting tools, enabling holistic management across internal and hosted systems and applications.

“We retain customers thanks to our commitment to IT operations integration,” said Carter Burden, CEO, Logicworks. “LogicOps lifts the curtain and encourages our customers to see everything going on within their infrastructure and helps them gain more insight into their IT ecosystems.”

By unifying the IT operations of Logicworks, its clients, and their 3rd party consultants, LogicOps provides a transparent solution to deliver a successful co-sourcing relationship.
