WebHost Automation (webhostautomation.com), producers of leading Windows webhosting control panel Helm, have announced the long awaited release of Helm v4.0.15, and the Helm Upgrade Tool, which enable Helm 3 users to seamlessly upgrade to Helm 4.
The Helm 3 to Helm 4 Upgrade Tool is a Windows application deployed with Helm 4 that allows the migration of information to Helm 4. The tool does not affect installations or domain settings, making for seamless transition to newer versions of the Helm control panel, regardless of server setup or usage of third party control panels.
Having been thoroughly beta tested, the upgrade tool has gone live with the v4.0.15 release, in order to provide seamless support to Helm 3 users as they make the upgrade to Helm 4.
Helm v4.0.15 comes with a great many fixes to previous bugs, most notably to the built in billing system. The fixes add to existing enhancements to the Helm platform which include improvements to system features, server management and billing, thereby greatly increasing the stability of version 4.
“Helm has always strived to bring webhosts limitless growth and full control over almost anything they wish. Doing that in a stable manner is just so important, and with these fixes made to the new version, the upgrade to Helm v4.0.15 will allow users to build better webhosting businesses,” said Adam Saunders, Founder and Chief Technical Officer at WebHost Automation Ltd.
For further information regarding the upgrade process, webhost automation have posted a “how to upgrade” page on their website. There are also a large number of other documents and tutorials that have been developed to help users get the most out of Helm 4.
