The cPanel(R) control panel, which enjoys a world-wide reputation for simplifying server management, is supplied by a number of partner hosting firms. However, only a small percentage of the latter are authorized to distribute the licence beyond their own networks. iWeb's distributor status gives it the right not only to lease internal licences for servers hosted by iWeb, but to lease external licences to any party.
cPanel(R) & WHM(TM) (Web Host Manager) is a fully functional control panel that simplifies Web server administration. Primarily used by Web hosting firms, cPanel(R) has been available for several years from iWeb8.com data centers in conjunction with dedicated server and colocation solutions. As an authorized cPanel(R) distributor, iWeb8.com will now supply these external licences, which can be installed on any server hosted in a third-party data center.
